MY STORY

I‘m a Personal Trainer with a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Science from the University of Barcelona and a Master’s degree in Education.

I have always loved sports and I started weight training when I was 16 years old, combining it with soccer in the best leagues in Spain.

Unfortunately I had to stop playing soccer due to an injury. Since then my dedication for fitness increased, and fitness became my profession passion. This led me to discover my purpose in life: to help as many people as possible to improve their physical and mental health through a healthy lifestyle.

I have been training consistently since 2015, trying different methods and techniques to maximize results effectively. That has enabled me to help more than 400 clients boost their wellbeing, and now I want to help you too.

I worked with hundreds of clients over the course of my career and all this experience with myself and my clients has offered me the capacity to create a successful method based on the customization.

I was a full time personal trainer in Metropolitan Iradier (one of the best gym’s in Spain) and I realized that what men really need to succeed is much more than a personal trainer session once or twice per week. I believe in the power of a personalized fitness program, and the effectiveness of tracking, not only exercise and nutrition, but also other daily habits.

We are the sculpture and, at the same time, the sculptors of our own bodies. Your daily actions determine who you are, and those actions are under your control. The first thing you need is strong commitment with yourself. Second, guidance and support – and I’m happy to provide that for you.
